We’re serving a three-course whiskey dinner, with each course paired with a different Pendleton selection. 1st Course — Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp Bacon-wrapped shrimp drizzled with honey whiskey glaze over creamy corn risotto, paired with Pendleton Rye. 2nd Course — Braised Short Rib Slow-braised short rib finished with Pendleton whiskey glaze, Yukon & smoked Gouda mashed potatoes, and bacon green beans, paired with Pendleton Midnight. 3rd Course — Pendleton Bread Pudding Warm Pendleton bread pudding with lemon zest, candied pecans, and vanilla bean ice cream, paired with Pendleton 1910. $60 per person Seating is limited, so don’t wait to grab your spot.
